Phil Sofield
Founder & CEO
After gaining extensive experience in both manufacturing and AVL industries, Phil Sofield founded GBB Consulting to meet the need being presented to him. Phil’s experience in AVL began in 2002 as a teen learning to run sound. He completed his first new construction AVL consulting and installation in 2006. In 2011, Phil began working in business process consulting, providing training and implementations to over 100+ companies. Since that time, Phil has been fully dedicated to assisting companies in reaching their fullest potential.
Zach Allen
Project Manager
Zach has been a dedicated Project Manager since 2014. Starting with his first project managing a warehouse team at an Electronics Recycling Company to overseeing over 100 cases at a Law Firm, Zach consistently brings excellent insight and
structure to every project he undertakes. His diverse range of projects and teams has equipped
him with a unique approach, ensuring that every task is completed accurately and on time.
Tabitha Sofield
Accounting & Administration
Tabitha has been working in the fields of accounting and administration since 2008. Throughout
her career, she has managed the scheduling of over 300 weekly clients and coordinated the teams
that directly served those clients. With experience across multiple industries, Tabitha has developed a strong administrative skill set, making her adaptable and proficient in various work environments.
How it all started
GBB Consulting was born from a single phone call in a Chick-fil-A parking lot, setting in
motion a vision that would soon become a thriving consultancy. Founded to address a clear and pressing need, GBB Consulting operates on two key pillars: expert business consulting and comprehensive audio, video, and lighting (AVL) planning and implementation. GBB Consulting brings together a diverse range of expertise and knowledge across its multiple business areas, delivering high-quality solutions that address needs effectively and unlock unparalleled potential for success.
